Basically, redact says it’s deleting my instagram dms, and for like the first hour it actually did. However, now it says it’s deleting dms but when I check the dms on instagram, theyre still there, how do I fix this?
Hey @6589947320 this could be a local cache problem (which is mostly solved by waiting), or it could be a silent error in Redact - possible due to the shape / type of DMs.
Some general troubleshooting tips if waiting doesn’t help
- Log out of Instagram in the Redact app, then back in
- Fully exit and reopen Redact
- Double check filters, deletion dates, and deletion type just in case
