I have successfully used Redact to remove all comments and posts, however everything is still there under the Overview tab, and I am having to manually delete all of it. Is there a way to get Redact to delete the comments on the Overview tab? If not, can you add a way to do that?
Yo @quackery774 - you might just need to wait for Reddit to catch up here. Not sure how long ago you ran Redact on your account, but it can take 24-72 hrs to reflect on Reddit’s front end.
Your local device might also have cached information on Reddit - try a different browser or incognito mode (or just clearing your local browser cache). If you’re still seeing all the comments after a few days, please reach out to us and we’ll investigate! Contact Redact
