I don’t think there is a mass like deletion option in the IG tools but I could be wrong, I don’t use IG so I have no reason to use Redact for IG.
Redact doesn’t have it but there are free extensions out there, most of them don’t work but some do. You have to download and try them, eventually you’ll find one that actually works. Problem is that its a bit of a virus risk, some of these mass instagram unlike tools are infected with malware and all sorts of crap, I learned the hard way.

Seems like it’s a nobrainer for Redact devs to add the unlike part I wonder why they left it out?
OP is asking spefically about unliking his likes on IG VIDEOS. I don’t think any of these plugins allow you to specifically target video likes, these extensions are more of a delete every single like type thing, I believe.
Search github - Repository search results · GitHub you may be able to find one that allows you to specify what type of likes you can remove.
If I remember correctly, there was a technical reason we didn’t add mass unliker to the Redact IG app but I don’t remember the details.
If we didn’t add the feature, there’s likely a good reason for it and also likely that other developers would have a hard time doing it as well.
I would also warn to be careful with the third-party Instagram unlike extensions or apps. Some may work for you but many are unreliable, outdated, or risky because they ask for access to your Instagram account. Unless the app or extension has a well documented history of good reviews and well-known by the community, I wouldn’t mess with it it’s not worth the risk
