[SOLVED] TOS Endpoint Confusion

redact.dev/terms contains a document that appears to be the service’s terms and conditions. On that document, near the top (so the introduction to the document), it states the following:

[…] You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at https://redact.dev/terms-of-service […]

When navigating to https://redact.dev/terms-of-service there is a 404 not found response.

Further down near the Completeness section it states the following

[] SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information made available on in these Terms of Service.

I expect the original endpoint was the one that is stated in the document (redact.dev/terms-of-service) and some time after the endpoint architecture/api was updated (which is extremely common in any software or website) but the original terms were not updated to reflect the change.

The interpretation is strange though as the document itself is apparently suggesting that it itself is not the correct document that contains the terms for the service, and at the same time, it says that any information may be inaccurate, incomplete or simply not current. I am obviously not a lawyer; I find the document confusing and I don’t understand it.

To whom it may concern, is this a typo that can be corrected at any point? Or has this topic surfaced before?
