# \[SOLVED\] Redact App Crashes in Windows 11 when attempt to export Archive

Hello,

I’m attempting to export the 9200 items deleted using the export feature “Export Archive” feature. The app quits.

How do I resolve this issue and export the archive succesfully?

Is it at all possible to pay the difference on a custom invoice and just purchase the lifetime key for the redact? – Thanks.
