# My X(twitter) account got suspended after i use redact

I’ve been sending objection but they do not seem to be reading them. How do I get my account back?

Hey @suzanne - that’s very unusual. We haven’t had any other recent reports, and ~thousands of twitter deletions have run in the last 24 hours. Happy to investigate if you can contact us [here](https://redact.dev/contact) via email or Discord. If possible, include the reason Twitter/X has provided for the suspension.

If you ran a large volume of deletions or had a lot of Twitter active while deleting, your account might be cooling down, but this is rare.
